I've gone 4 times. Only one time were the girls chipper and helpful. I think they were new. But every time before and after its been just a letdown. The one lady that's usually there has black hair and it's shaved to one side. She never smiles. Only once has she even acknowledged me when I walk in the store. She provides no assistance and her attitude shows she's not interested in being there nor you being there. Such poor customer service. Another girl that was there I asked if she's familiar with the products cus I had a question. Her response to me was "all of em except ethnic ones". She just stared at me. Whether that's the case or not good customer svc would entail u find out what my question is and trying to assist me in what I'm looking for. I tell ya, if your ever in a good mood and want to instantly be in a bad mood... go to this beauty supply. Ull walk out in a foul mood. Amazing how the attitude of employees can make someone walk out in a worst mood.
