Went to the Dairy Queen in Kemah. They never get our order right but we keep going back because we love the Dude sandwich. We went on 7/27/2018 20:49 Order # 000273 Car No. 69 and ordered 3 Dude combos requesting cheese on all three. We repeated we wanted cheese on all three Dude combos twice. We also request one Dude combo with tater tots and the other 2 Dude combos with French fries. I knew I was in trouble when the Black Suburban in front of me handed back two bags to the person at the window. It took ten to fifteen minutes for them to get the order straightened out while our groceries were defrosting. The guy at the window looked like he couldn't care less. Of coarse we get home and find no cheese on any of the Dude sandwiches and all tater tots and no fries. Our bill was $42.21. I think my daughter's order was the only one correct which was a 6 pc. chicken combo. I am so disgusted I will never go back. I love the Dude, but T-Bone Tom's sells a pretty good chicken fried steak sandwich and don't make simple mistakes. I will take my busy else where. What happened to good old Dairy Queen that we grew to love. I guess it has to be the employees that don't give a darn.

James, the new owner, is great. Clean restaurant, clean restrooms, friendly service. Best DQ I have been to in a while.

This place was filthy and the people were creepy. Keep driving! There is another Dairy Queen a couple miles north on 146. I wish I would have known that before I stopped here. I will never set foot in that place again. Awful Place.

this place sucks! i ordered a brownie blizzard, and they only put like 3 brownie chunks in it! It was basically just a "blizzard" without the brownie part. I waited a few months and decided to give it a second chance. This time, i ordered a cookie dough blizzard, and only 2 cookie dough chunks! Also, the workers can't hear my order properly! when i tell them i want 3 sundaes, they only give me one. And they can't tell the difference in size. They gave me a sundae and said it was a small. They then gave my friend a sundae, and they said it was a medium. However, the 2 sundaes were the same size.



All this bad stuff is probably because of the grumpy old manager. He should get fired! I strongly prefer the seabrook DQ, which is so much better! the kemah dq is the worst fast food place i've ever been too, and when i say that, i am not lying AT ALL!
