Overall this is the best embroidery business that I have found. Outstanding customer service and the prices are by far the best around. I ordered sample Hats for our company and received them back in just a few days. Great people that are easy to work with. I look forward to continuing my business here.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered two products to be monogrammed and provided the initials. The monogramming was thereafter done in the incorrect order. When advised of this, the company representative was rude in indicating they could not read my mind, and I should have put the initials in the order they were to be embroidered. Hmm, seems to me if one of your specialties is monogramming, you should know in what order the initials should be placed. Then, the representative "kindly" offered to correct the problem only if I could remove the embroidery and thereafter return the product to be re-embroidered along with return postage. They also made sure to note that if I damaged the item while removing the embroidery that the item would not be accepted. So, needless to say, I will not be making further orders from this company, nor will I be referring anyone.
