Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in over 50 years of sailing. They made a mistake on a repair and offered to fix it but didn't and then were obnoxious about hurrying in to pick up the improperly completed repair. They charged me a good deal of money for a mistake and have refused to do anything about it. Terrible organization!!

Very poor customer experience when Bank Sails was hired to restitch a torn bimini top and it was delivered and would not fit. Next we had them create a brand new bimini top that took them 4 months to supply and once again it does not fit. The management was contacted nearly 10 times to correct the problem and they refused to return calls or e mails. We are headed to small claims court.
I would not recommend this company to anyone

Stopped in the other day to get our sail repaired. They quoted me $90 plus tax and got it done in a couple of days. The actual bill was $73 with tax. Then they added some lettering I wanted for free a couple of days later! What more can I say.

I had been using Banks for about 17 years loyally. I had Banks put a new Sunbrella sun cover on my sail. They removed the webbing at the clew and put it on the out side of the sun cover. Just over a year later coming back from Mexico the threads holding the webbing let loose and sent the sail flapping violently shredding the sail. When I complained about the way they had done it, all they could say is that they decided that wasn't such a good way to do that and they now put the webbing under the sun cover. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a $3,400 dollar screw up on their part. I'll never trust them to touch another one of my sails if they don't stand behind what their work. I now use Camron sails.
