I was traveling with my kids, on a five-hour trip to the beach. A front tire started losing air up in the mountains and I stopped in Packwood to have the problem diagnosed. They made it clear they didn't like to help "people from Seattle" passing through and said he could fix the leak for $45 if I could wait awhile. Feeling bad for asking and like I was about to be ripped off, when my daughter said, "Just go." We drove to the Chevron station and asked if they had an air machine. The lady said "It's not turned on yet" and just stood there. No offer of help or "We'll get it turned on so you can be on your way!" They turned it on when I asked, I filled my tire, and continued to drive. An hour or so later, I pulled off at Longview/Kelso and found T&T Tire. I explained the problem and was told cheerfully, "You need that patched, we'll do that right now, no problem! It's what we do." I was back on the road within 15-20 minutes -- and they only charged me $10 to boot! Thank you, T&T Tire!!

I thought I needed new struts for my car.I was getting a big clunk noise in the front end when I went over bumps. I called around to get prices. They were ranging between $250.00 and $350.00. I called T&T. They said they would really like to look at the car, saying it might not be the stuts. They told me they would check it out at no charge.

I was skeptical but decided to go anyway.

Sure enough, they found something that was loose, tightened it up and sent me on my way for $30.00.

I can only imagine how many shops would have replaced my struts and taken the money.

Good intelligent service with integrity is hard to find!! I will tell everyone I know about these guys.

I went into T&T Tire and they were sooo awesome! I don't have perfect credit and didn't have a very big budget for tires but needed them badly. I was able to drive away with 4 new tires with half down and payments on the rest by just giving them my word. They were so appreciative when I came in early to pay off my balance. They said they'd gladly do it again! I'd recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys!
