i called asking about their fee. The gentleman on the phone kept fast talking using his own lingo. He mentioned an annual startup fee, when I asked to explain what that was, he wasn't able to give me straight answer. I asked if annual meant that I had to pay that fee every year, the first time he said annual, then he said no. I could not understand him between the fast talking and the fact that he was using a speaker phone. I asked him if I could call him back on a regular phone and if he could refrain from using a speaker phone. He did not get it, kept talking super fast, not explaining anything and repeating "I definitely recommend you to come here and check on the facility". Now, I know the facility very well, I don't need to check on it, I only need to know what the price is, and at the end of our conversation I still don't have the information that I needed.
I think that management should do a little bit of training to their staff on how to talk to customers and to potential customers.
This place may be the best gym in the world, but if this is the kind of first impact they have on customers, I doubt they will be successful.

Not helpful for those who are in car accidents and cannot pay because they aren't working. They don't care for the customers.

I love it here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's always clean. There is enough equipment for everyone.
