Very let down by this shop, and I would advise using another shop for your oil changes. Brought my car in for an oil change when they felt that my differential gear oil needed to be changed (this really isn't good advice short of you actually having differential problems or noises). When I asked the very young man doing the job if he'd had experience with this, he said, "yes"... Turns out, he really didn't. The work was shoddy and he replaced fluid that contained no slip additive (my car requires this). Well, I experienced differential problems right away, and brought my car back them three times complaining of my car's symptoms. On every single occasion, the Vavoline staff failed to recognize their error, and now my differential has failed. My performance shop identified the lack of differential gear oil additive as a primary factor for the premature failure, and though I have advised the Valvoline company of this, the company has acted with little integrity and blatant disregard for their customer satisfaction "guarantee". DO NOT trust this Valvoline store with your expensive automobile, even for your simplest maintenance needs- the company's integrity, quality control and satisfaction guarantee is obviously nothing more lip service.
