Before I dropped my wedding dress off here I had did some research online and they had great reviews for wedding dress that they had dry cleaned. I called and I advised them my wedding dress is a Mori Lee Sarasota a 2,200.00 wedding dress that has very detailed crystals, embroidery and lace. They said no problem bring it well look at it. I took my dress up there and spoke to them about my wedding dress and they said no problem! don't worry about your dress it will be fine! I dropped it off. My mistake was I didn't look at it before I left the dry cleaners. I got it home and had left for out of town and looked at after I got back. OH MY GOD a 1/4th of the crystals were gone! I called the store twice! No one would ever return my call.



I am taking my bridal portraits in October of 2015 and the alterations person is charging over $200.00 to fix all the crystals that are gone from my dress! and having to use crystals that aren't even from the manufacturer!
