After a bad experience with PetSmart, my dog wouldn't even allow me to trim him. I took him to Pet Hollywood and explained the situation. They were amazingly caring! Mikey came out happy and looked adorable. The shop is extremely clean, and the ladies who helped us were awesome! This will definitely be our new grooming home!

Blade, my 100+ lb lab, loves coming here to be groomed by James. He's great! We get him shaved because he sheds so bad and James shaves him perfectly every time. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Pet Hollywood did a great job grooming our dog! He looks great!

We take our dogs here all the time and love it. It took us a while to find a good groomer close by. We tried many of the other places in Keller and each time we took the dogs back they did not want to go with the groomer, one place they wouldn't even get out of the car! Not so at Pet Hollywood! Our dogs are always happy to go back with Sandy or one of the other groomers, and always come back looking and smelling great!

Stay far away from this place if you have any thought of advising them of how you want your dogs hair styled. Apparently they take offense to this as we have found out. When dropping off our 3 dogs, we let them know that they cut their mustaches too short the last time. Not only did they proceed to butcher our pet's cut, but our poor babies have been shaking for 3 days since leaving this place. I don't know what Pet Hollywood did to upset them so, but they have clearly been traumatized in some way. We are sickened and upset that a business that is trusted to care for your pet would abuse the poor defenseless animal because they are upset with it's owner. It's just plain evil. This experience has been horrible and we won't be back. If you love your pet, don't take them to this abusive place.
