I picked this dentist because of the high ratings... I loved the dental hygienist Rick and the dentist! The reason I give 3 stars and not 5 is when I made my appointment yesterday I was told that they accepted my insurance. While my daughter was getting her X-ray done the receptionist come and tell me that my insurance is now saying I'm not covered. She then went to talk to the lady in charge who told me she would honor a $33 special they were running to keep me as a customer which I appreciated, but when I get to the front to pay I was then told it would be $44. I just felt like I was jerked around. It was both of my daughters first time and they really enjoyed their visit, I would recommend this dentist office just make sure your insurance is accepted before going to appointment!

I highly recommend this dental office, they are professional and friendly. The office is clean and I love the convenient hours. I will be returning to finish up the work I need, and the rest of my family will be switching to this dentist as well.

Highland Oaks Family Dentistry is a wonderful office to visit. From the staff to the decor the experience was totally positive. The dental equipment is state-of-the art and the hygienist was pleasant and professional, as was the dentist. I look forward to my next visit to this office.

I am one to admit that I do not like going to the dentist. I have not been able to pin point what triggers my anxiety, until I visited this dentist. The staff was more than willing to listen to me throughout the exam to understand my concerns. They really wanted to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I went back to have a 'deep clean' done yesterday. I will admit that I was a little nervous and 15 minutes in to the procedure, we had to stop so I could 'regroup'. It felt good to know that there was no judgment from the staff and I was able to take all the time I needed before they got back to work. I have other procedures scheduled, being that I haven’t been to the dentist is awhile, there is a lot of work to be done. I can't say that I am over my fears of going to the dentist, but I can say that my overall experience at this dentist has made me feel comfortable enough to want to continue to come here. I am very pleased.

Great Staff!!! I recieved a mailer one day and just had it sitting in my junk mail to go through. The very next day I broke a tooth and needed somewhere to go immidiately! I pulled out the card and called and they were able to get me in the same day!! Talk about service!!! The Dentist was very gentle and explained the entire procedure as we were going through it. (I think he might have known I was a little nervous.) Not only did they did they fix my problem tooth, I also got a teeth cleaning while there too! Great place to go and the customer service is awesome!

I haven't been to the dentist in a few years. The staff at Highland Oaks made my visit comfortable, we were even laughing and joking throughout the process.



Something that I haven't experienced was before and after pictures at the dentist. To say the least, they did their job and then some.



I have to go back for a couple services and for wisdom tooth removal. I know that I will be more than comfortable sitting in the dental chair at this practice.

These guys are the best! My kids already want to go back to visit the friendly office staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends! -Stacy DiMaggio

Best experience at a dental practice!!! I scheduled a cleaning here and after the hygienist did the measuring thing she sat me up and explained that I need more treatment then just a cleaning. At first I thought this practice was just in it to make money but she went out of her way to show me pictures and sat there and answered all my questions as to why I needed this extra treatment. Never was I pushed but the consequences were explained to me. After finishing the treatment she showed me the before and afters and I was truly amazed...always thought that dentists were out to make money but not this practice. They only tell you what you need and thats it. Spoke with the Dr. after he did my exam and he was very efficient and honest as to what I needed. Will be back at this office!!!!

This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. The ambiance of the office was relaxing and everyone I encountered at the office was extremely friendly! Dr. Bui was extremely thorough. Would highly recommend this office to my friends and family!

Awesome place! Very kid friendly - great for the whole family. Great waiting room and the dentist is very nice and works with you! You are part of a family!

I would definitly recommend this dental practice. It took a little longer than I had anticipated, but the staff more than made up for that by being very friendly and professional. I'll be back for my next cleaning! Marilyn Sigman

I just moved to the area and needed to find a dentist. I was so glad I found Highland Oaks!! It is modern, clean & unlike any dentist office I have ever seen! When you walk in, you almost forget you're at the dentist...which is not a bad thing!! All of the equipment is small and unobstructive, unlike my previous dentist. The funny thing was they have tv's on the wall and ceiling in the exam rooms so it keeps ur mind focused on something other than the work going on in your mouth!! Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and easy to deal with! It was a great experience overall! Thanks for making my experience a positive one! Corina Conley

Having to go to the dentist is hard enough but having to go to a bad dentist is awful which is why I am so glad I found Highland Oaks Family Dentistry. The entire office staff and the dentist himself are absolutely wonderful! I am 42yo and have never been comfortable with a dentist until now. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable from the minute I set foot in the door so much so that my 15yo now comes to them. I've been back 3 times and my smile looks fantastic. I can't thank this office enough! My daughter and I have a dentist for life.

Dentist and hygienists are very thorough. Customer service is excellent. Waiting room for adults and children.

Great dentist! Great office workers. Everyone has worked so hard to make me feel comfortable at something I HATE doing... great payment plan and no pressure to do unnecessary dental work. Strongly recommend this dentist and office!

I don't like going to the dentist because I gag so easily. They were very careful to keep me comfortable and not gag. The cleaning was easy, and the dentist was really nice. Great place.
