Awesome customer service. High quality cleaning! Hidden Lakes Custom Cleaners is the best around this area and they offer quality custom dry clean, laundry, alterations and free delivery and pickup.

NEW OWNERSHIP - BEWARE! The owner has changed and so has the experience. Never had a problem before but on the last visit they did not have the clothes ready in the 24 hour turn around and I was told that their boiler had gone out and the clothes would not be ready until after 5 the next day. So I went back after 5 the following day and the woman could not find all of the clothes that were brought in - luckily I had my ticket print out in the car which I had to produce for verification that I had brought in as many pieces as I told her I had because she did not believe me. So after waiting and watching her try to find the last piece of clothing for ten minutes, the new owner just stood behind the counter and did not help nor was there any apology for all of the discombobulation. Just silence. Then when the total was rang up, they did not apply the coupon that had been brought in with the order. So, again I was questioned. Very Unprofessional and Terrible Customer Service! This is not the same Hidden Lakes Custom Cleaners owner and no longer a pleasure with which to do business. I also noticed that the coupon that has been in the monthly mailer pack is no longer there. It is just an advertisement with the coupon removed from the side where it has been for the last 8 years! So the great prices are gone as well. I DO NOT recommend and I will be finding a new cleaner.

These guys offer convenience and great customer service. They are eco-friendly and offer great prices and top notch quality. Highly recommended.
