Terrible and Unprofessional. Booked a move, would not answer the phone to confirm the appointment until the night before the scheduled move. We got the response "Oh I forgot to write down your name". Promised they would call us back, never did. Never answered the phone. Wouldn't recommend these amateurs to anyone.

I heard about Extreme Movers from a referral by my aunt who has used them for several moves and even some pick-up and deliveries over the years. I will say that I now understand WHY my aunt continues to use them. They were very detailed about the pricing of my move and how the rates work for the hourly quote that I opted for. I was told that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival and I most certainly did. When they guys arrived, they all introduced themselves and the lead guy did a walk through with me so that he could coordinate the order in which things would be moved. They quoted me a 3 hour minimum to move me from a 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment to a 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment about 15 minutes up the road and they finished my move in 3.5 hours! They shrink wrapped my furniture and used pads on all pieces that had the potential to be scratched or bumped along the way. I will definitely use these guys again and will definitely be referring them! Thanks Adam and Mario for the amazing job you did!

I received a quote from Extreme Movers about moving a piano for me. The first gentleman I spoke to gave me a price range that he thought they could do the job for, however, when they called on the day of the move, the price went up a little. I was half-asleep when this happened so I agreed to the price. After I woke up, I decided that it was too expensive because I was able to get someone to move the piano and tune it for just a little more money. I called to cancel the job but at first was not able to reach anyone at Extreme Movers. By the time I did get someone on the phone, they were already on their way and were not happy about me cancelling the job. I understand, my bad. I did try to call earlier and if they had stayed within the quoted price range, I would have been okay with it. He ended up hanging up on me and then accidentally dialed my phone and it went to voice mail. I checked my voice mails and listened to him rant and rave for 5 minutes about what a f*&%ing b*tch I am and how he wanted to call me up and cuss me out (well, you did!) and other unconscionable things were said. Up until I cancelled the job, they were very nice and professional but after hearing the things he said in my voice mail, I'm very happy that I did not do business with this trash-mouth or let him in my house with my kids.

I hired Extreme Movers based on a referral from a friend who was also referred to them. I moved from a 3 bedroom in Keller to a 4 bedroom in Keller and Extreme Movers did an AMAZING job! They shrink wrapped all my delicate furniture pieces and padded everything that was loaded on the truck! From the moment I called to schedule my move to the moment I made my credit card payment by phone- they were very courteous and professional every step of the way! They made me feel as though they were willing to answer all my questions and even followed up with me after my move via an email asking me about my experience! :) I will definitely use them again and I will also be referring to my friends.

I recently used EXTREME MOVERS and besides the 2 bad reviews I read about them I went ahead and booked my move with them because a family member highly recommended them to me.Not to mention I was given a 20% discount.The 2 guys that showed up did an outstanding job! They were fast and took really good care of my furniture.I will definitely use and refer Extreme Movers to all my friends and family.... Thanks Extreme Movers

I would not recommend using this company. I chose them because they were cheaper. I guess that just proves cheaper isn't always better. Anyway, I paid a $200 deposit for my move and was told that if something changed and I didn't need their services the money would be refunded. The sell of my house fell through and I notified Xtreme Movers that I wouldn't be moving. It took almost three weeks of phone calls, leaving messages and a threat to contact the Better Business Bureau to get someone to call me back.

BE CAREFUL!! We hired Extreme on a local move from Arlington, TX to Euless, TX to take place on 6/27/2009. We were moving my grandmother on Sat morning between 8 and 9 am. We even called on Friday to reconfirm and gave additional contact info. Sat morning no truck, no phone call. Left several vm's throughout the day. Finally at 1pm I gave up and we had to move everything ourselves. Really put us in a bind. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
