They ruined a shirt of mine...the owner never is there and does not call back. The employees are not friendly and can not help you if there is a problem.

Very pooor business management and ownership. They didnt press the suit I dropped of and came back to get 3 times. The third time when I came back and it still wasnt pressed, they ripped two big holes in the side of it and then said it was there when we dropped it off. I had to buy a new suit for 300 dollars and they wouldnt even refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE of this place!

My old dry cleaner's owner passed away and closed down. I took my shirts, pants, and a tie to this place to be dry cleaned. First off, it's prepay ONLY, which should have told me something. Secondly, they will NOT take only one item, which also should have sent up a red flag.

Third, when I took my clothing in a woman inspected every piece, charged me and gave me a receipt telling me that it would be after 5pm two days from then that I could pick it up (this was at 10am. I thought this was odd because most placed if you bring it in after 9am have it next day after 10am, otherwise it's same day service. But if they did a good job, who cares about an extra day?

When I returned to pick up my clothing, I went through the drive through, the woman placed my clothing on the back seat hangar and I left. She said nothing to me...I repeat NOTHING. Thankfully, my sister was with me and noticed something blue on one of the items. I pulled into a parking space and we inspected what was blue.

My white tie had a blue tag on it saying that it had been received in damaged condition. It looked awful! It certainly did not look that way when I had dropped it off. It had been a little wrinkled and had a small stain on the smaller end of the tie, but most certainly did not have great big black stains all over it and looked like it had been through the wringer a couple of times and back.

I carried it back into the store and asked what they had done to my tie. She said that I had dropped it off looking like that. I told her that no way had I left it looking like that, and confronted the woman who had taken my cleaning in. I told her that she had looked at both sides of the tie and set it aside to move onto inspecting my slacks. She had made absolutely no mention of any problems at all with my tie at that time, which every other cleaner I've ever been to has ALWAYS done! She did not deny this.

Another woman comes in and wants to know what the problem is. I explain. She takes the tie and goes to the back to "see the lady", whatever that meant. She comes back in and says that they did not clean the tie, that "the lady" would not let them. I asked her why she hadn't mentioned that and why she had charged me for the tie if they had done nothing to it? I also pointed out that they obviously had done SOMETHING to it as it looked like it had about a hundred years of dirt on it now.

She repeated that they had done nothing to it at all and said that my "account" would be credited. I told her absolutely no way was I ever coming back into the store again and that I wanted a refund so I could go get the tie cleaned elsewhere. She said she had to go talk to "the lady" again and left. She comes back and says they can't give me a refund, but will gladly credit my account. I gently pointed out that I was quite frankly concerned by the fact that they hadn't done that already and that I was not interested in every using their services again.

About that time my sister, who had gone outside to inspect the rest of the cleaning comes into the store with my shirts and tells me to smell them. There was not a one that did not smell of either underarm odor, deodorant, or cologne. I pointed this out to them and asked if they had "forgotten" to tell me that they didn't clean them either. She immediately walks away and goes to "see the lady" again. When she comes back she tells me that the owner will not be in until the next day and that he will have to call me. I tell her I want a refund for the tie at the very least and she refuses. She says they are not allowed to do that.

I am dumbfounded. I tell her that I expect a phone call no later than 3pm the next day and a refund. She says nothing more and I leave. I have still yet to receive my refund, a phone call, or anything from these people despite numerous attempts at contacting the "owner" or "the lady". I am filing a report with the BBB and warn ANYONE from EVER doing business with these people.
