I called in a panic one evening because My Mom's medic alert bracelet had broken. They quickly fixed it when they were supposed to be closing.
The next time I took in a ring to get fixed and they did a beautiful job for less than what I expected.
The customer service has been excellent from everyone I encountered. I can highly recommend it.
