I've had Loren's Sanitation for several years. They're not very careful about putting the collection bins back on the ground. Often they're left laying on the ground or with the lids open which is not good when it rains. I've had a few missed collections and had to call them to get a pick up the next day. It often takes three phone calls to the office before they realize you're not going to keep your trash around another week until the next pick up day. And they're not happy about having to go back out and pick up your trash if they missed it. Other than that, they're pretty good about picking up misc. items and hauling it away, but they do charge quite a bit for any "extras." I think they could step up their customer service a bit, particularly when they've made an error.
