I've been here three times so far and have been treated well all three times. The first was a pre-sales visit and one of the managers spent the better part of an hour with me answering a bunch of detailed questions. He did so politely and patiently. I went back a few weeks later to purchase the Stihl equipment we had discussed. They took some some time to show me basic operation and safety precautions for the equipment (which they unboxed, fueled, checked-over, and tested before they helped me carry it all out and load it up). Stihl dealers can't negotiate much on price so their prices were on par with every other Stihl dealer. I returned a couple days later to pick up a few more small things. I don't know who the other reviewer dealt with that was rude, but it certainly wasn't any of the folks I interacted with the three times I have been there. Good Folks... Buy local and American made as much as you can. Fix your own economy and create your own American jobs right in your community.

I had a bad experience at this business. Wanted to buy a used mower. They would not back up their claim that it worked and cut grass perfectly by allowing me to return it even in the same day if I was not satisfied. It was strictly a cash deal not returns. I was debating this, politely, and the owner got very rude and short with me. I didn't buy, but after going outside and talking to the mechanic, I decided to go ahead and take a chance. At that point, the owner would not even sell to me because I had challenged her on the policy before. Very rude customer service and their prices are quite high also.
