I had an amazing experience while at David's Bridal! Staff was kind, fun and willing to help. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. Cassie was the one who helped me from start to finish. She listened to everything I said and helped me pick the prefect dress, with the help of my amazing bridesmaids too. She explained everything to me about the different styles of dresses and made this entire experience a wonderful one to remember. I walked in not expecting to find the dress, but I did! I had no pressure to buy anything, but was given different options if I decide too. I left happy! Bonus everything I was trying on was in my budget and I was a walk in too. I didn't have an appointment but they still treated me so kindly! I'm glad I went to them!

I thought the consultants at this shop did a good job. My best friend, her sister and I showed up on a very busy Saturday with only one afternoon to pick out our dresses and although things were so hectic the consultants did their best to help us along the way. Later when I found out I was pregnant they let me pick a different bridesmaid dress even though they have a "all sales final" policy.

Be afraid of getting a corset dress

Be aware you are not important enough not to double book...We went into the shop very excited as it is my only daughters wedding and we had made an appointment with a gal that had been recommended to us. When we got there we were told she had another bride she was working with and she would be with us. We waited and she appeared about 20 minuts later. She asked us what our price range was and we didn't really know ,as for us it kind of depends on the dress. We told her around 800 and or below.So she proceeded to tell us to pick out some of the "SALE" dresses and she would get back to us. So we went through the dress's and she kept going back and forth and had another woman tring on dresses ,We were dragging dress's to the fitting room ,because we had no idea what we were really supposed to be doing,bottom line is we never found the dress,my poor daughter settled on a dress because she was so upset.and If she told the consultant she loved a dress that she wanted to try she would not bring the dress back apparently because it was out of our price range,We never said we wouldn't consider spending more.It was very obvious and sad to my daughter that not only was she not being attended to,but the consultant was worried about her paycheck. So we chose a dress,and my daughter was excited but wasn't sure and said she would be back in a little while ,she needed to digest all that went on. The gal next to us was ringing a bell and congratulating the gal for picking her dress and out consultant did none of that as a matter of fact she walked off sold the expensive dress she had worked so hard to sell.and at the end didn't even say goodbye to my daughter. I would never buy a dress from this shop. I was so sad for my daughter the one day that is supposed to be the most special was a nightmare and I totally blame that consultant. What I would tell my Best friend and or anyone..DO NOT SHOP AT DAVIDS BRIDAL AT KEIZER STATION~ SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS WORSE!
