Clark-Mortenson understands and practices good customer relations. In handling our homeowners insurance inquiry, the agency, particularly Stevie Bickford, acted promptly and effectively to obtain a quote that saved us about $700, yet provided comparable coverage to our existing policy. The agency arranged cancellation of our prior coverage and negotiated with the underwriter on our behalf when a timing issue arose. All this top notch service was accomplished online and by telephone to suit our convenience. This is the kind of insurance representative everyone wants.

We live on the West Coast and did everything by phone to arrange for insurance on our new vacation home in Vermont. Stevie & Sarah were outstanding in their follow up and communications, as well as research for the best type policy for us.
