I have had massages for 20 years and Sheila is the best bar none. I have had massages elsewhere costing twice as much that were only half as good. My job is physically demanding and I have a bad back. If it weren't for regular sessions with Sheila I would not be able to perform my job without pain. When any of my family visits from out of town a visit to Sheila is always part of their vacation. I have tried the Chi Nei Tsang as well and the results were surprising and amazing. She has great energy and a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to customize your session for your particular needs. Plus she has very reasonable prices....especially for her level of expertise! you won't be disappointed!!!
