Kenneth who has been working for this company for 23 years did an outstanding job!! He fixed the problem quickly, and was in and out of my home in a matter of minutes! All of this was done with a smile on his face and a very professional manner! I highly recommend this company.

I had to get my water heater replaced last week. After calling to a few different places, Speirs was the best price. The plumber was knowledgeable and quick. He didn't try to "up-sell" me or find "other problems" like other companies have tried to do to me in the past. I will definitely use Speirs again and would recommend them to anyone

I do property management and found Speirs the most communicative company of all the plumbing companies I've used. They respond to phone calls and keep me updated with any work they are doing.

It's difficult choosing a great plumber. I was looking at all the ads and coupons to choose from I was finally referred to Speirs Plumbing by a friend. They were very up front and didn't try to talk me into a bunch of extras. They installed a new tankless water heater for me and were very informative and helped me to understand how it worked. Plus, I ended up paying a lot less than I would have with a coupon from some other companies. Those guys made me feel like a valued customer!

My water heater started leaking and flooding my basement. Robert Speirs Plumbing was able to get to my home and replace it quickly. They put a metal pan uder my new water heater to prevent a flood next time. Their price was extremely fair and they charged me what I was quoted. No surprises except that they were better than I expected from a plumbing company.

We called Speirs mid-morning on a Friday to schedule an appointment to replace a badly-leaking water heater. They were there within a couple of hours, replaced the water heater, and charged exactly what we'd been quoted over the phone. There were no rush fees or extras added to the bill, and the technicians were professional. Quotes from a couple of other local plumbing companies were several hundred dollars higher. We will definitely call them again.

We called Spiers for a basic water heater replacement. The rep who came to confirm the problem was mostly adequate, though certainly not strong in customer service as I had to call the company to get info about cost, equipment, scheduling, etc. The office person I spoke with by phone was much better -- professional and helpful. The repair tech showed up within the scheduled window and completed the job as promised, at the quoted rate, within the estimated time. He was conscientious about the potential mess, and kept it to a minimum. This particular job admittedly wasn't a big plumbing challenge, but was a nice introduction to Spiers. I'd be comfortable calling them again for additional plumbing needs.

He showed up on time.He brought all the little bits and parts needed to do my honey-do list.His price was extremely reasonable.He did not try to change the work to make it more than it was.He did not try to add 'surprises' to the bill.You will love this company and their work.I have a 50 year old home and he had the expertise to fix a problem that the parts are no longer available for.
