This was THE WORST experience I have ever had. I went in just to get my tires rotated and came out with all these other services that they said I needed and come to find out I didn't, plus they replaced things and charged me for them without my authorization. These guys are dishonest crooks.

This is worst Big-O in the country!

I ask to have the owner give me a call so I can discuss the issue with him but the person that talked to me first refused to have him call me! I told him that location has the worst customer rating in Utah and he told me it was because of customers like me! Seriously?!! They just do not have the ability to take accountability! I had my two batteries replaced by the Spanish Fork Big-O (an awesome store! I would go there!) And one went bad, they actually tried to sell me a new battery stating it is better to change both. seriously. If the other one goes bad they can replace it under warranty as well! Then they told me the alternator is bad. well I had it tested on and off the truck by AutoZone and another auto parts store, both said it was OK, I know this is not reliable, and I should have it checked at a shop, but when I mentioned it to the rep at this location he said I called him a liar. They just wanted to charge me $300 for a part I can change!!

RUN FAST! After receiving a quote for service they inflated the price and then when I called them on it the owner called me cheap and insulted me in front of the other customers!! I was calm the whole time, but little do these guys know that some of us have a voice on Google review. :) I'm absolutely dumbfounded that people like this can be successful in business - zero respect for the customer. Based on the other reviews here, my guess is it's headed down hill. I would urge you strongly to NOT entrust your vehicle with them. I'm sure the owner will respond and try to undermine this review like he's done with several others on here. The truth is it takes time to write these reviews, why bother unless others need to be warned. Big-O Kaysville, you need to take some customer service courses and make some radical changes in how you treat your customers. I've never been so insulted and will be sharing my experience with others.

My wife took her car in for S&E testing, failed rear tires for low tread. The mechanic quotes her a $360 price tag for two tires. She says she wants cheaper tires. The salesperson ( Patrick Howe) quotes her a higher price saying it is the only tires that will fit her car. She called me an I ran over (being a former mechanic I knew what he was doing) and confronted him. All of a sudden he was able to pull up pages and pages of tires $80 or near that. He knew he was busted an told him to put the tires back on. These shady people tried to scam my wife into buying tires 2x as expensive as she needed and lied to her saying they were the only ones that would fit! Do not support them! 01/30/2014

I have used Big O in Kaysville many times and also send my entire family there without ever a worry They treat my wife and kids better than I could hope for The pricing and service is always fair

Although Big O is known for selling tires, I've found that they have a great mechanic on staff as well. I like to tinker with my car from time to time, but I usually end up taking it there to make sure it's done correctly. Their attention to detail is impressive as well. I feel like Big O's customer service has taken a turn for the better. People like Geoff and Patrick will keep this company around for years to come!

I used to live down in Utah county and relocated to Farmington for work. I had been going to a Big O down south for over 10 years and was completely satisfied with their work. I was worried about finding a shop that I would be as satisfied with when it came time for the service on my car. After using the Kaysville Big O location a few times now for different services, they have met and exceeded my expectations. Services are speedy and complete. They have recommended items on my car that I had declined (financial reasons) but were never pushy about it and completed the work that was requested. Not sure what the other reviews are about. I would send anyone and everyone to this store!!!

i took my car into big o to get the alignment fixed, new tires, and an oil change, pretty simple? i thought so. They ended up stripping bolts on my tires and oil drip pan. When i called them to see if they would replace what they ruined they said their is nothing they can do and that i have no proof that it was them that did that. so i tried emailing their corporate office AND i left them a voicemail. But surprise surprise! no reply. i will NEVER go to any big o again, and most definately would never recommend them to anyone. thanks for your time :)

I also was scammed at this Big O tires. I had the same thing happen to me. They charged me for services that I did not request on my car. Buyers Beware and steer clear of Big O Tires in Kaysville.

I requested an oil change.They charged me for an oil change and flushing and replacing of all fluids in my engine (I never authorized this service). They never did that service, and threatened to take me to court if I did not pay. To not use Big O tires.
