Kaukauna Paramount Residential Mortgage Group cost me thousands of dollars and I was not the lender. They blew off the lender dozens of times. Did NOT meet deadlines. Not once, but TWICE the Closing date had to be extended. Twice they cause me late fees on my Mortgage and Paramount employee said no big deal. it's only a 5% late fee. Well it is a BIG DEAL. Not only 2 late fees, but also had a negative affect on my credit rating.
Please do not use them!!

Recently, my wife and I read about a new FHA mortgage program known as the "Back to Work" program, which after reviewing I was almost certain I would qualify for.



When I initially began searching for a lender to work with on the Back to Work program, I became quickly disheartened at the prevalent lack of knowledge on the program and willingness of anyone to work with me.



I contacted Scott, the President of Elite Mortgage on a whim after I was about ready to give up. Scott encouraged me to come in with all of my financial documents so that I could be given an honest evaluation. (This was a first, any of the other brokers who were even willing to hear me out wanted me to submit everything online first before they'd even talk to me)



I was assigned to work with Jesse at the Kaukauna office. HIs willingness, if not eagerness, to tackle the challenge and push to the finish line made all of the difference. His knowledge of the business, lender and documentation requirements, and timelines I have no doubt played a significant key in us receiving our approval and closing on time. (10 days early, at that!)



Jesse responded promptly to all of my (many) inquiries along the way, and he was committed to keeping me in the loop as things progressed. He anticipated things we might need before we needed them, and I felt like we were always one step ahead of the game.



I will be forever grateful that Scott, Jesse, and Elite Mortgage took a chance on us. Jesse is an exemplary professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jesse or Elite Mortgage Solutions to anyone.



In response to the other reviewers, I cannot speak for their unique situations. But in my case, I was not provided a pre-approval letter until all of my documents had been thoroughly evaluated. For anyone shopping for a mortgage, you should always make sure your financial documents are in order and reviewed before entering into any financial commitments.

We went through weeks of faxing in info....got a prequalification. Made offer on house. Prequalification relinquished. I answered all questions during the PReapproval process to the best of my knowledge. I asked many times if we were really eligible for the loan. To my knowledge I believed we had to wait one more year. Given preapproval.put offer on house. Agent verifies preapproval. I get a phone call from loan officer. He puts blame on me for his mistake.Turns out Google and I together are smarter than the staff of the elite mortgage solutions.

I would not waste your time. We tried doing a refinance through them and it has taken months to get it going. I was told that a couple other companies were holding the process up. I called the companies to find out what the problem was and they said they never even heard from Elite! What a crock. I try e-mailing or calling and I never get responses until at least a couple of attempts if at all. They have horrible customer service and I feel like I have wasted my time and should have gone else where!! I should have read what the other review was before going there!

John at the Kaukauna office is the most unprofessional and unreliable person. He never returned calls promptly and never gave us updates. He gave us a bogus pre approval letter and after we had an excepted offer had us pay out of pocket for appraisal and inspection; one week before closing date sends us a text saying the loan didn't got through! This company is a rip off!
