I came in for a Complete high light and color change of look, and was pleased with the ladies' amiability. We needed a shop in Kaufman and I am pleased to say I had a great experience, not to mention the work team and customer service. 5 stars!

They do no know what they are doing!!!

I called ahead, got an appointment with one of Claudia's hairdressers for a hair cut. I asked the girl to cut my hair in a swing bob. My hair was about shoulder length. I got the worst haircut I have ever had. It was three months ago and my hair has just now grown out to look like a bad haircut. It was horrible, the back of my head was a half inch long from the crown of my head to the neck line. The sides and top were about five inches long with no shaping. I work with public and every day since having my hair cut at Claudia's, I have had visions of shaving that girls head. Just a very bad place to go if you need your hair done.

They messed my wife's hair up bad! Turned her hair orange and cut it uneven. Then refused to give her money back. Do not let these people touch your hair!!!
