Pest Stoppers is BY FAR the best, most courteous, knowledgeable, well priced and most prompt pest control company out there today. I had used other pest control companies in the past and simply put: Pest Stoppers is the best! They controlled my pest issues better than ANY other company and the customer service provided is phenomenal!! I simply could not be more satisfied!! The owner, Chris, is VERY knowledgeable, efficient and ALWAYS eager to help in any way. Company has declined in service quality over the past year. Chris, the owner, is rude and accused me of being a liar. Then, he insisted that I could not be refunded the balance of the termite insurance (which is a violation of the law and simply bad business). Used to be happy with them and used them every quarter for years for pest control services as well as for annual termite inspection/warranty. I will be suing them on principle...simply because Chris is a jerk!
