Once Upon a Pose eliminates the hustle and bustle of hectic schedules delivering creative children yoga classes that inspire, educate and provide positive support for their developing minds and bodies. Working with stories, fun poses and various breathing techniques provide tools for children to increase their body awareness as well as focus their busy minds.

A yoga program for kids is a fun way to stimulate their imaginations, learn about nature, basic anatomy and themselves.
