I am completely appalled by the way I was treated by the staff at Nudaya and will never return there again. They are dishonest and rude. When I called Nudaya to make an appointment for Botox, I asked the receptionist if they still have the special for $10 per unit on certain days. She told me that special is no longer available & it is now $11 per unit. I said that is fine and made an appointment. She later called and told me that she had good news and bad news. She informed me that she needed to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was no longer available but that since she was rescheduling, the charge would only be $10 per unit. After receiving my Botox injections on Monday, when I went to pay, she informed me that it would be $11 per unit. When I told her that she had told me on the phone that it would only be $10 per unit since she rescheduled me, she denied it and said that special is only available on Fridays. I love this place. I have had laser hair removal done here and they were awesome. I had great results and I have also had them treat spider veins on my legs. They are much better after one treatment. I will be going back to get another treatment soon. The office is very nice and the staff is great. You won't be disappointed.
