Nine West is one of my favorite retail and outlet stores. I love the quality and quantity I get for my money. I used to be a frequent shopper to the Katy Mills Nine West outlet until management changed and the service went down. There is a very young manager now that does not have a clue. What happened to Mrs. Gale? She was so helpful and knowledgeable on how to locate your size if her store didn't have it. By the way, size 12 is the new size normal.
