I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff at Mobile Innovations. As a female patron, I'm always nervous about being taken advantage of by anything associated with my car. I can say with 100% certainty that the guys at MI have treated me with respect and gave me a fair price - believe me, I checked around! Contrary to the other person's review, I have found the customer service here to be exemplary, and I'm not the only one. Check the reviews on Google and Facebook.

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for 9am to have my rearview camera looked at. I got there with my son and the guy proceeds to tell me that I would need to leave my vehicle. After a brief conversation with him, it became very clear they didn't care about my business. They made no attempt to correct their error. He even admitted he looked at this appointment yesterday with some concern( at least his tone and expression). Instead of calling me to talk to me, they let me rearrange my schedule, drive an hour ( round trip), and walk away some of the worst customer service I've experienced in years. I'm going to take my business to somewhere that wants and values my business.
