I called and spoke to Cecilia she was very sweet and I explained I was ordering for a funeral and my mom normally does this thing for our family. She was very understanding that I had absolutely no idea what I was doin or talking about ! She told me she was the owner and designer she handles everything ! She will be my florist as long as I am in Katy and she is open !

i hve been with this flower shop for 10 years. the owner takes pride in her work and will do what she can to make customers satisfied with there orders. you will always get someone who is just not happy in ay buisness and yes it even happens here , the diffrence is this owner will call if she has to and offer other options if she can. way to go Katy House of Flowers!!!!!!!
