Highly Recommended!

HPK has great customer service and excellent capabilities in fixing cars! I own a 04 Honda Accord and the maintenance and care they give my car is awesome. I have never felt like they were out to just take my money and they have always given honest feedback. They speak in plain english and always willing to explain things a second time without making you feel like you are wasting their time. I've had my car there twice already and will continue to take it there. Admittingly I was hesitant at first but it has been the abosolute best decision ever!

Old school SERVICE

I had Honda Pros of Katy perform a 30k mile service on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. Not only were they priced lower than a few of the local dealerships in and around Katy, they performed MORE than what is identified in the Odyssey service manual. The owner, Rodney, was friendly and honest about how he conducts business - excellent service at reasonable prices. The technician, LJ, was just as friendly and detailed about what services he performed on my Odyssey. He also pulled double duty as driver, providing drop off to and pick up from my home. These guys know what service is and how to provide it - unlike most dealerships I've been to. I'm completely satisfied with this experience and they have earned all of my Odyssey's future business. These guys know Hondas and do great work

It was almost time for the 90000 mile service on our Civic, but we didn't want to fight the I-10 traffic to take it to a Honda dealer. So we found Honda Pros of Katy and thought we would give them a shot. I was leary, so I contacted Honda dealers to get quotes on the cost, and they were giving use all these EXTRA costs that should NOT have been included. Honda Pros of Katy mentioned none of this "add-on" work. They actually agreed that it was NOT needed. But once they got in there and started working on it, they did find some things that needed attention or would in the near future, which we agreed to have done at additional (but discounted) cost. Were they just padding the job? We were convinced they did NOT. They just gave us the impression that they treated our vehicle like it was there own. They are really professional and do excellent work.
