HomeBridge Care is a non-medical personal assistance service that provides care to individuals at their residence, whether it be their home or in a facility. We also offer respite care so the primary caregiver is able to receive rest and relaxation. HomeBridge will transport you to doctor's appointments, church, movies or other social outings and assist in maintaining connectivity with family and friends. Light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, assistance with personal hygiene, incontinence care, plus aid in activities of daily living round out our available services in the home. HomeBridge Care accepts private pay, long term care insurance and VA benefits. Our RN Administrator will come to your home, explain our services and establish a care plan that will be used to provide you with excellence in adult care. The initial assessment is complimentary. Our passion for seniors and their choice to "age at home" in a safe environment is why we do what we do.
