I ordered a Samsung 75" TV that worked for 4 days and then the panel went out. Samsung scheduled a service call. Hidefinition Electronics called within a couple hours and we talked a bit and they ordered a new panel. They came out with the panel today, on schedule and had it working within 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional and the timing was incredible.

Beware these people tried to scam us. They have been in business less than 4 years. The repairman seem pretty honest but the office worker who set the appointment was crooked and lie to us. These people work for Samsung doing their repair work for them if they keep getting complaints they will lose their lucrative contract with Samsung and there are plenty of other repair shops out there just waiting like a hungry lion to grab those big juicy contracts from Samsung. Pretty stupid to scam people that way , you look like your making more money for a while but in the long run you end up paying big time.
