If you want your own car towed out of the parking space you pay to reserve in your apartment complex in the middle of the night and have to pay to get it back, then I They are your guy!!! It's absurd!

Cracked a part of my car while towing it out of my own complex. They were emailed days ago and have yet to reply.

YES! Horrible company parked in front of yard unloading groceries when I came out the guy was about to take off with my car. When I approached the guy in his truck he smelt heavy of weed and had dark sunglasses on. Wanted $80 to release my car. When he got out of his car him and his phone was heavy with weed so strong I made a comment to him and his company. But how is this legal smoking weed while working and taking your car like that.

This I a horrible company... they moved my car and took a picture of where they say it was not where I parked and g owed my car. Not only charging me the tow of over 200 dollars they also went thru the toll road and I got a fine for that!!

Terrible company, lies to try for business. They said my car was abandoned because I didn't drive it over the weekend. Luckily I got to talk to the office in time before they towed me. They also will tow toy to Houston from Conroe, which as far as I can tell is illegal. The only reason they have a decent rating is because of their employees fraudulent claims from mule accounts.

This company has been such a great help!! I live at this apartment complex and had an issue with parking... Once we spoke with some at the office of Htown .... they were dispatched and came out and helped us out!! Thanks again Htown!!! Drivers were professional and courteous.

Recently moved to a new area for our business and had some problems with parking. Called Htown and they were able to take of the problem!! Now our tenants have places to park!!! Thanks again for your help!!!

We all had flat tires before but have you had the experience of waking up in the morning and finding out the hard way that your tire was indeed flat... Well I call the towing company listed in my complex which is Htown, and then came the driver which was super nice and gave me and my car a lift to the tire store!! Super reasonable in price and fast service!! Thanks again Htown!

I am glad my apartments have these guys, last night it was 29 degrees and someone was in my reserved parking spot. The people that answered the phone were nice and they were out there fast and helped me out.

These people are horrible crooks. The truck drivers walk around apartments at night looking into cars to see what they can steal. If they tow your car before you drive off the lot check for your belongings! The lady who answers when you call is rude! I Got My Car Towed Once And The Lady Over charged me 40$. When I called her and questioned it be a it wasn't calculated on the bill she offered to refund me the 40$. crooks! And if you ever walk out and they are about to hook your car up for tow video record that it isn't hooked up and call the police these people are horrible and not bbb accredited which means they do what they want! Smh horrible horrible. Every experience I have had or know have had are horrible!

This towing company is the worse ever. when you call they lady that you talk to she is super rude she wont even let you talk for a second. all i was trying to do is get information and she would not listen to me never call this place ever again.

H-Town Towing is the best tow service in Houston. It is a family owned and operated business. The people there are so understanding of your automotive needs. Keep up the great work H-Town Towing! Houston needs a classy tow company :-)
