I recently bought by house in Cinco Ranch and the seller used this title company. I had done business with Chicago title in the past in Dallas. I will not recommend anyone to use this location. They erroneously ordered a new survey. The seller was looking for their survey and we had plenty of time left for closing. There was an email sent out to all the parties from the title company that they will not order a new survey until they heard from the seller that afternoon. The next morning they told us that the new survey was already ordered. They never took any responsibility for it and were very unprofessional. Instead they blamed it on the lender and we never heard any apology from them. The lender was nice enough to pay for half of the cost for the new survey. Please avoid using them.
