I was floored by the customer service of this business. I called them an hour before my 3-6 delivery slot and changed the address since I knew my wife was going to be late in the office. They gladly took it to her job although it was an extra 15 minute drive out from Katy and didn’t even charge me. The pretty peony arrangement I sent exceeded my expectations. My friend Bill and I have both ordered from them and agree the arrangements come more robust than the pictures show.

Okay, I was a little hesitant at first to try the flower box concept, but Cadeau de Fleurs drew me in with their arrangements on Instagram. So, I ordered the tuxedo box in its 10" size for my mothers birthday. Her present had to be special because I travel for my job and couldn't celebrate with her until that weekend. Wow!! I was truly shocked with how creative their arrangements are and how professional the delivery service was. This wasn't one of those bouquets that come overly wrapped in shipping packaging and left on your door! They personally delivered the box to my mother in Richmond during the evening time slot I selected. When I visited her 3 days later it still looked so fresh as you can see from the pic I uploaded. I had never seen black roses introduced into a birthday arrangement before. They also hand wrote my note which gave it a personal feel. Thank you for making her day a little more special!
