Today I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever!. I thought it would be a good idea to take my 15 year old to
an A&W fast food (OLD SCHOOL) kinda to get a feel of the old days. Well as soon as we parked we notice a giant poster in the
front of the establishment with an advertised special for two cheese burgers and reg drink and fries. I went inside and
order it with an older gentlemen that didn't look like he should be attending the register? He immediately handed us what seemed
to be the smallest drink cups in the history of fast food, my son points out that on the cup it says polar frost meaning these are ice
cream cups but the manager/owner insists that these are the advertised drinks..OK after our food comes out we notice that the fries
that we got are the fries for the KFC side of the business and not the traditional fries from A & W. So i called the manager over and
explained he started to get very rude and explained that the fries there are all wedges? Then he started to accuse me of having done that
before when I asked what was he talking about he said that i had done this before and this was not my first time! I explained that i had
never been at this location in my life but i could understand the similarities in the service! He proceeded by telling me to leave I asked
him not to speak to me in that manner and asked him to refund me which he refused immediately! He proceeded to very rudely to leave in which
i picked up the rest of my food and left!

At some point I asked him if he was a A & W franchise and he said he could do all of this because he was also a KFC franchise! WOW!
