Outraged and furious! Yesterday on a club ride one of our members had her pedal fall off. We were in Katonah and naturally went to the bike shop there. There was a young man and older woman there and they flat out refused to even look at the pedal. I don't understand how anyone can refuse another person help when needed! I called the store today to speak to the owner before I posted this and got a woman - probably the same one - who asked if she could help me. I said no, I'd like to speak to the owner. She said "well, goodbye, then!" How does this place stay in business???? I'm all for small local retail shops, but ntw when they are so obviously uncaring and crass.
