Unprofessional, poorly managed, shabby environment, rude and offensive owner, untrained or poorly trained staff. In a nutshell, an incredibly substandard place of business.

Unprofessional and poorly managed tanning salon. No eye protection was offered and no instructions given on the use of the tanning bed. Of utmost importance was the issue of eye protection. Owner was unapologetic, rude, defensive and hostile.
