We had an emergency plumbing leak and started making calls. Left several messages with "24 hour emergency care" plumbers. No response. Jay answered the phone and was on site within an hour. Looked at the situation and repaired it in 20 minutes. He was courteous and communicative. He billed us very fairly. For your plumbing needs call Jay.

We had been fighting a leak in our shower for 2 months with no success. We had contacted several plumbers for advice and quotes and were blown off numerous times. We finally bit the bullet and resolved ourselves to replacing the leaking fixture. I called a number of plumbers for a quote, and the quote was either too high or was told it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to the job. When I spoke with Jay, he gave me a very reasonable quote and told me he would be out the next day. I know Jay was very busy, but he fit us into his schedule. He performed the work very quickly and professionally, and the job was not easy because he had to cut into an outside wall. As far as we are concerned Jay is our plumber from now on. On top of everything he's a nice guy too. Use jay. You wont be sorry.
