Also! Mya was outstandingly amazing! She was so polite, kind, and understanding about me having 3 active toddlers! After she finished what she initially came to my home to clean she asked if there was anything else I would like to have cleaned. And I did end up having both of my couches also cleaned as well as fiber protected. She took me through the process step by step, when I had to leave my home during the services she was providing me with she would call me before doing or finishing anything and give me the prices of every service. I feel strongly that Mya should not only receive bonus payment but I also feel she needs a job promotion. She was and is that amazing. Thank you so much for such an outstanding experience! I will for sure recommend my friends as well as family to y'all!

ZeroRez sent us upfront instructions as to our resposibilities in preparing to have the carpets cleaned, technician called ahead, arrived at the stated time, worked very hard, nonstop and efficiently, we are very pleased. Carpets look great!
