One of the top worst customer service experience of my life! I made an appointment, showed-up on time, no one greeted me or paid one ounce of attention that I had walked-in. I said I had an appointment at 4:30, to which I was told to sit down. Twenty minutes later, I very politely asked him, the owner, how much longer told to sit down and wait, five people before you honey.To which I said how long is that, also politely, and he said one hour! I had already been there twenty minutes by that point! Had I not asked, he would have left me sitting there..... I could have run errands or what not at the very least, had I known. Then I asked why he doesn't call clients, whom have an appointment, to let them know that they are running over an hour late, to which he said honey I busy honey. You aren't my client honey don't care. I then told him to not call me honey one more time and that it's condescending and sexist. He then ordered me out of his salon. Insane and surreal experience, that I never want anyone to experience as well. Note: The salon wasn't busy, and it was extremely under staffed. Makes sense...... I can't imagine anyone wanting to work for a business owner who conducts himself in that manner. Disgusting!

Amy did an excellent job! I was nervous going to a new nail salon and she did great and cared about whether or not I liked them when I left. I highly recommend this place. Very relaxing and clean atmosphere. I feel like I struck gold:-) not to mention the complimentary glass of wine. I wish i could have left her 100 $ tip!!

My mom and I have been coming here for years to get pedis and this last visit we sat and waited for almost an hour. Then someone who had just walked in the door got sent back to get a pedi. Then when we got sent back to get our nails done we sat in a chair with no water for another 45 minutes and someone who had just walked back and sat down started to get their nails done before both my mom and I. Usually we love this place but after this horrible experience we will be going anywhere else but here.

Or do men duck at doing nails? I heard so many great things about this place do I went. I had a terrible time lol but a man did my nails. He was extremely rude. I thikk he thought he was funny, but I didnt think it was. He said I like weird colors... I chose pink. How is that weird? Also, every 2 minutes he would stop doing my nails to call his girlfriend. Really? You're at work dude. Tell her you're a little busy.

Im gonna go back but im sticking with a women!

I've been going here since the day they opened. The entire staff is so friendly and the place is beautiful and relaxing.

Great service, friendly people and excellent prices. I have been back several times, if I am going to get my nails done and i know I will be in liberty, this is where I go! I won't go anywhere else!

The staffs in this salon are wonderfull , friendly
