We had extensive hail damage some months ago, and I was informed about these people through a route I'm not even sure was ethical, now that I think about it. We were told that they'd do one thing, then they did another. They put shingles up against our fireplace instead of flashing, which looks very bad and will probably leak. We had hail damage on our window screens, allowing bugs in, so we had to change them, but we still don't have our window screens, although we need them, and were told we'd have them a month or so ago. We were also told that they'd allow a certain amount back to us if we allowed them to advertise their services, which we have yet to receive, even though we were promised it weeks ago. They say that it's because we upgraded our roofing, but I didn't know anything about that, and wouldn't have chosen it had I known, because I think it looks strange. They threw nails all over the place, and my husband's tire was punctured (the people who replaced it confirmed that it had been punctured by a roofing nail). I stepped on one of the nails they threw in the yard. The crew cursed continually in Spanish, until they found out I spoke Spanish. I hate these people, and wish I'd never seen them.
