Timberlake Care Center, located in Kansas City, Mo., offers a range of services for the elderly. It offers health care and assists residents with a variety of medical conditions, including diabetes, broken hip, kidney disease, renal disease, cancer, heart disease, cognitive impairments and other ailments. It also provides mobile lab and X-ray services, and residents are offered a handicapped-accessible bus for area hospital or doctor appointments. Our dad has been there about 7 months. He has alzheimer's and is very forgetful. The staff is very nice to him and are always friendly and helpful. The few problems we've encountered have been solved with just a phone call. They have many different activities to choose from. We would highly recommend them for long-term care or rehab.
