Stay away from any company with Kevin Tubbesing involved. He is highly unethical. A few year ago, I was in a real estate transaction with Kevin and when his his property was appraised way below the contract price, the loan did not go through. He tried his best to keep all the deposit money. I have dealt with over 30 real estate agents and many more property closings, and Kevin Tubbesing is the only unethical one I have ever come into contact with.
