We love this store and love the fact it has been family owned for over 100 years. The people are very professional and friendly and the store itself is comfortable and intimate. Not like any other jewelry store in Kansas City. It has an old world feel yet it is upscale and modern. The jewelry is very unique and high class. These people know what they are doing. This is by far the best place to shop for jewelry in kansas city. family owned, brian and tracy swirk are always in the shop to help, the things they carry are remarkable (and a lot more reasonable than tiffany or tivol). they have craftsman on site to fix whatever needs fixin, and will design whatever you want. i've been shopping here for years, never a disappointment.
