BEWARE!! MARTIN CITY SAFETY STORAGE EMPLOYS FRAUDSTERS!!! I am currently WASTING my Saturday battling their unauthorized transactions on my credit card with a complaint to the BBB and disputes through my bank. AND THE BAD NEWS? It was the REGIONAL MANAGER, CAROL WRIGHT, that was responsible for hitting my card unauthorized, refusing to give me names or phone numbers for anyone above her to speak with about my concern, then hanging up on me when I asked for a number to talk to their corporate office. I no longer trust for my belongings to be on their property, and I'm moving out immediately. There are much better storage options in the area - I would THINK TWICE before putting your bank account and belongings at risk by using this facility.
