I've lived at a Sederson Property longer than I'd care to mention and can honestly say, it's been horrible.
The owner of Sederson Management is unprofessional and rude. I tried multiple times to speak with him about the things that were wrong with my place since I'd moved in and I got treated like dog crap. On these occasions I tried to even compromise and was told to just "move".
When I initially moved in my home was not cleaned and it was obvious a true walk thru was not been done. I indicated repairs that needed to be done and done that should be done. Some examples: mold and damaged shelves inside, garage had multiple holes including an area that appeared to be black mold that ate through to my neighbor’s garage; carpet stains, missing blinds, damaged sliding door, damaged carpet..etc. you get the idea. Wood was placed over the "issues" in the garage, the blinds were moved around and the sliding door repaired.
That's good right, not really. The indoor mold was never addressed and I have a mold allergy. We're responsible for pest control, which I understood. However, I didn't expect to buy so much Raid and Hot Shot that I should buy stock in their companies. One of the places that the carpet is damaged there's a hole that allows bugs to get on from outside. We're talking spiders, roaches and crickets but let's not forget the slugs (yes slugs). Lets not forget the mice.
If you can't fix the issues at hand because the property owner can't or won't, then maybe there could have been a better way to resolve things. Had the owner worked with me, listened to me, not talked down to me or threaten to evict me "because he could" because I asked a question about my lease, this review would be very different.
There is one positive though, the woman (I wish I could remember her name) who now works in the office, is Amazing. She's kind, honest and will find things out for you. Whereas the previous woman who was there when I moved in lied and was deceptive.

Avoid this management company if possible. The communication and respect from management is almost non-existent. They were difficult and made many obstacles and hoops to jump through to get simple things done. Was not pleased and I am comparing these to college apartments I have rented a long time ago that were worn down and had insufficient management. Look elsewhere if you can!

WORST MANAGEMENT AND WORST PEOPLE...
This was my first time renting an apartment and I regretfully say I am very disappointed. I warn anyone who wants to rent from this management. The management is not easy to cooperate with, they will be nice before you rent but as soon as you sign the lease they will be a pain in the *** to deal with.
The apartment I rented had insulation problems, and I rented in January, so it was freezing cold. The management knew about this and yet they didn't do anything and put the apt. on market. The first month my gas bill was over $200 and my electric bill was over $150, due to running both forced heat and space heaters. I talked to the other manager and he suggested to put plastic on my windows to keep the cold air out.
So, be careful with this management. I rent from them seeing some good reviews but got very disappointed.

Not a good company to rent from...

The staff is not friendly and often rude when addressing issues with your rental. They take forever to come and fix things wrong with your house. Not to mention, when I moved in they refused to shampoo the carpet after the fact that they said they would. It often takes days to get things fixed. I wouldn't rent from this company the houses are absolutely disgusting!
