I needed some windows fixed. All the repair companies I contacted what to sell me new windows instead.... until I found Seal Rite. They understood what I wanted, gave me a very competitive quote, scheduled the job, showed up on time and did an excellent job, with great workmanship

Waited over 3 weeks for 2 windows to come in. Scheduled delivery time came and went. I called and was advised by Mr. Stone that there had been a mixup. He told me he would be here in 30 minutes. Waited an hour. Long story and 4 calls later, I admit to being extremely frustrated. Mr. Stone advised me that if I continued to speak to him in "my tone" he would not install my windows. He then told me that I had better not speak to him that way when he arrived, quote "Did I understand him?" Loud and clear!!! This was a contract that was entered into by the seller of this home. I, as the purchaser, was stuck with the contract. If it had been my money, I would have spent it with another vendor! I am certain there must be good installers at the business. Next time don't send the owner to do my installation. As the owner he clearly feels he can treat customers anyway he wants. Give me the installer who really needs a job and will treat customers with courtesy!

Seal-Rite just completed work on my house and did a great job. They replaced windows, repaired fascia and gutters, and then painted everything to match the original color. Everyone was polite and professional, and they worked hard to finish the work on schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Seal-Rite just completed a job for me at my house. They did a good job. They were willing to work with me. The crew was courteous and professional. Josh Stone was constantly checking to see if I was pleased with the work; he seemed eager to make sure that I was happy. The crew repaired wood-rot damage and termite damage and painted the front of my house. I've already recommended them to a neighbor.

I have been looking at getting quotes from various places and so far Seal-Rite has been putting forth the effort to get me taken care of.

Sealrite Windows and Josh Stone were awful. Demanded advance payment, verbally abusive toward their employees, exremely slow in competing work, refused to return calls. Worst contractor I have seen. Had to wait forever to finish job and work was shoddy when it was completed. Do not hire them.

This guy took my money and didn't give me any windows. He has taken many peoples money and never given a product! He just got sued by a company they are still trying to get their money from him too bad the court system is slow. Bad man don't have anything to do with him! too bad they don't have a - star rating.

ordered some windows from Josh stone of seal-rite company a couple years back. sent my money but never got the windows or my money back. Filed with the BBB and Mo attorney general but they never got any contact from Josh stone of seal-rite. Talked to a attorney about getting my money back and they said by the time I get done filing my complaints in each state and if they can evan find the Josh stone of seal rite that I would end up spending more than what i sent him 2600.00. At best I would end up with a beat old truck any ways.Josh Stone of seal rite is trying to raise his rating with the BBB in April 2011. He sent them a letter saying that he owed me the money and wanted to send it to me to resolve our issue. My reply to them was That I would only accept a money order or cashier's check. They waited for his reply and got none. I still don't have the money I sent Josh stone of seal rite windows in K.C.

I spoke with the new owner of SealRite about replacement parts. He was knoledgable and very helpful. They are still in business, under new ownership, and seem willing to take care of their customers.
