these guys are Great. Dan gives you the best price and cares about you. I have recommended Dan to all my family and friends. I will call him for all my ruffing needs. Ruff installed 2010 and never had an issue.

Less than 5 years after replacing our roof with Ryan roofing it began to leak around the chimney, we called Ryan roofing to come out and they did. However, the inspector never got up on the roof and said it was nothing to do with them and there was no warranty on the roof!!! After words were exchanged he admitted he sub contracted the job through someone else and it was on them, even though we paid Ryan roofing?!?!? The leak progressed over the next few weeks and ended up ruining the wall and floor which we are now replacing with the roof being fixed. We ended up calling in a REAL roofer who brought me up on the roof with him to show me the problem. They didn't put any flashing next to the chimney!!!!!! They just used a sh*t ton of caulking to "seal" the chimney. They are hacks who will cut corners and take your money. Poor craftsmanship and complete lack of accountability. I would run from these guys as fast as you can. I also found out today that they did something similar to my moms neighbor off of roan ridge and i29, Dan the owner went so far with the argument there that he assaulted my moms neighbor and went to jail!!!!! Scary. We ended up using Christian brothers roofing and they went above and beyond to help us.

Ryan Construction Systems Inc in Kansas City are fantastic. I could explain the entire long story as to how my roof began to leak, but that is immaterial at this point (and it's not that exciting either). I called Dan Ryan, left him a message, and he returned my call a few hours later. We discussed my issue in detail (it was around 5:30pm on Thursday). I explained that it wasn't a terrible, flooding issue, just a few drops - and that I determined through some deductive reasoning - originated from a skylight. Dan listened to my story and said he would send someone to investigate the situation the next day. On Friday, we talked and he told me that someone was on his way to take a look at my roof. We had a scheduled time and they were there at the exact time. I drove up to my house and the men were already working. They explained to me the issue and told me they could repair it on the spot. Mind you, it was raining steadily, but faze them it did not. In less than an hour and a half they dismantled the skylight, removed shingles, installed new flashing, and replaced the shingles. The leak was repaired and the roof was better than when they arrived. If you need roof repair, Ryan Construction Systems in Kansas City, MO. I should add that they are extremely reasonable in cost. 5 Stars is not enough to give Dan Ryan and his team for the swift and excellent work they did on my roof vent replacement in Kansas City, MO! They came by as scheduled, explained what needed to be done, and they finished the work in less than an hour. They even checked the rest of the roof & gutters to make sure that they were in good condition. I was so glad that they fixed the roof issue because right after they left, it started drizzling! My experiences with Kansas City contractors in the past have been what I would call, less than ideal. So when I needed a roofer to fix the leak that had developed over eight year old bedroom, I was dreading the prospect of having to wade through a sea of, what I thought would be, unprofessional roofing contractors. Fortunately for me, I decided to ask a neighbor if they could recommend someone. As it turns out, they recommended Ryan Construction Systems who, incidentally, had done work for two other neighbors on my block. I was a pleasure doing business with this company from start to finish. When I called, they were very friendly. The estimator made sure that he thoroughly explained all aspects of the work that was needed. They made the whole process very easy. I will definitely refer Ryan Construction Systems to anyone who has a roofing problem.

We had our home reroofed by Ryan after the tornado in 2008. After the snow in January 2010, our living room ceiling started leaking. We contacted Ryan and they responded by sending out an inspector whosaid the work was poorly done. Then I told him his company did it. Two weeks later we got a proposal in the mail for $2400 worth of repair that would not be covered by Ryan's guarantee. They did crappy work and lied on their guarantee. STAY AWAY FROM RYAN ROOFING.
