Had a wonderful experiece, got a great deal. I didn't need a down payment they even filled up the tank.

Don't do business with them. I went through the process of purchasing a vehicle, first he lied about selling me warranty then he said the bank wouldn't sell me one, I get the vehicle, drive it about 4 days had it diagnosed, which transmission failure was one of the 4 problems with so since the deal wasn't finalized I gave the truck back. I had gave them $500 down for the truck and they are refusing to return my down payment. He is dishonest, slick talking

Avoid this place. I went down there after seeing a vehicle I liked on their website. Once down there I quickly realized something was shady. EVERY vehicle has some sort of body damage or engine problem. They take the pictures of the vehicles to not show the damage, I am not talking about minor damage either, they have vehicles with major hail damage, one had a HOLE in the rear hatch of the SUV. The "sales" people are dressed in baggy jeans and tshirts, the office consists of a few desks in an open area with papers on the floor, junk everywhere along with credit apps from others sitting out in plain view. VERY VERY Shady and unprofessional. I asked about a few vehicles and the ones that had the least body damage had check engine lights on etc. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this place is deceptive, shady and very very unprofessional. Its a shame they are trying to use the Homer Roberts name, those of us who know KC history know he was a pioneer vehicle seller/broker in the city and these shady, dishonest, lemon car sellers dont deserve to even associate with his history. Homer Roberts would be ashamed of this place. RUN DONT WALK AWAY TO ANOTHER REPUTABLE LOT. THANKS!
